Working as an Aftersales Employee at Brunott
As a brand new Aftersles Employee at Brunott you are part of a fantastic team and you will work in a dynamic working environment. You are the right hand of a pleasant aftersale colleague and you take responsibility for the following main tasks:

  • Taking care of telephone contact with customers and suppliers 
    You are always on standby for incoming calls and you are the first point of contact for questions, problems or complaints from customers and suppliers. In turn, you inform them about the status of orders or repairs;

  • Managing and processing orders and repairs 
    You follow up orders and repairs (from the store and webshop). You are also responsible for placing new orders with our suppliers;

  • Processing, checking and handling (online) orders 
    You book delivered orders and handle returns neatly. You provide new items with stickers, and you pack both orders and repairs carefully before sending them to the customer;

  • In addition, you are responsible for maintaining the webshop. In short: in all tasks
    it's about fulfilling a pivotal position between our jeweler, customers and suppliers.

What we expect from you

  • You have at least 3 years of aftersales experience (hard requirement), preferably in the jewelery industry (less hard requirement);

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (both in speech and writing) and you have very strong communication skills;

  • You are able to work independently and accurately;

  • You have a demonstrable HBO or WO work and thinking level;

  • You can work smoothly with Word, Excel and other MS Office applications;

  • You have knowledge of and experience with working on Apple devices.
