The stainless steel case, whose design has long been popular with enthusiasts under the nickname 'SUMO', is finished with a black hard coating. The orange second hand fulfills the role of a bright spot in the deep black sea during the night dives in the design during the day. But is invisible in the dark at greater depths, so that only the most essential information is visible to the diver.
Seiko's clear Lumibrite guarantees optimal readability in the dark world of the sea at night. The indexing points on the dial have a special Lumibrite finish in the same color as the second hand. These two special Prospex Divers are water resistant up to 200m. The screw-down crown ensures that the safety of the divers cannot be accidentally compromised.
